2. Google Drive Storage & Data Ownership

BalanceSheetFinance does not own, replicate, cache, or store any of your property deeds, settlement documents, bank statements, water bills, or land tax receipts on our backend databases or servers. All data managed via BalanceSheetFinance is stored physically and securely in your own personal Google Drive account under the folder named "BalanceSheetFinance".

3. Limitation of Liability for Data Loss

Because your property records are physically stored in your personal Google account, we have no control over the physical hosting infrastructure. BalanceSheetFinance is not liable or responsible for any data loss, file deletion, metadata corruption, or service interruptions. You are solely responsible for configuring, maintaining, backing up, and safeguarding your Google Drive storage limits and trash folders.

4. Management of Property Records

If you utilize this service to manage personal or financial details relating to properties, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consent from joint owners or relevant financial administrations in accordance with local regulations. You assume all responsibility for securing this data locally.

5. Service Scope & Updates

We act solely as a client-side interface linking directly to official Google API developer services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the application at any time without notice to match Google's API updates.
